In May 2021, DALLCON was awarded with a contract by Civmec, an Australian construction and engineering company, for the supply and delivery of custom precast footings and pedestals to Fortescue Metal’s Iron Bridge Magnetite Project in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia.
As per the contract, DALLCON supplied and delivered all the precast concrete components ordered for the project. All the supplied materials were as per the shop drawings, certified lift design, and project specification for concrete and relevant Australian standard to meet their needs.
Over 600 Precast Concrete Footings were delivered on the site with various specs ranging from:
900mm long x 900 x 300mm High 1 Pedestals 550mm long x 550m wide x 750mm high. Unit weight 1.15T each
To:
4600mm long x 1750 wide x 600mm High 3 Pedestals 500mm long x 500m wide x 900mm high. Unit weight 13.52T each
